CHALLENGE
INTERASEO, a leader in innovative waste, water, and energy solutions, faced a challenge with its OTRS Service Management Information System. Despite being a robust system, its On-Premise version had performance issues.
INTERASEO needed not only support but also comprehensive system optimization.
Solution and Implementation Process
Ayté proposed a system restructuring. We recommended migrating OTRS (now OTOBO) to the AWS cloud and thus transitioning it to a SaaS model, leveraging the scalability, performance, and cost efficiency that this platform can provide.
Implementation:

Deployment of the OTRS System in its latest version on the AWS cloud and acquisition in SaaS mode.
Incorporation of a corporate image reflecting INTERASEO's commitment and professionalism.
Secure data migration to the cloud.
Integration of a Custom Reports Module, with specific indicators for INTERASEO.
Creation of a view for integration with Power BI, allowing INTERASEO's BI team to design panels tailored to their needs.
